SignalNest prototype

Working prototype: real end-to-end encryption between clients, a ciphertext-only server, a PIN-protected private inbox with sealed staging, scoped search, encrypted attachments and scratch-to-reveal.

Try this

Register here, then open /?p=friend in another tab and register a second user.
Start a chat by username. Messages travel as ciphertext; check the server view.
In the second user's app, set a vault PIN and mark the first user as private. Lock it, send a message from the first tab: nothing about the sender appears outside the vault.
Search globally, then search inside the vault. Try scratch-to-reveal on a private chat.
